We like to have a friendly and relaxed atmosphere here on our park, but for the enjoyment and safety of all
our visitors we ask that you observe the following rules:-

We do not allow anyone to pitch after 8pm unless by prior arrangement.

The childrens' play area is closed at 10pm. Please ensure all your children are back to your pitch by this
time and not allowed to roam the park or toilet areas.

For safety reasons NO FIRES of any kind are allowed on the park. Barbeques are permitted as long as
care is taken not to burn the grass. Bricks are available in the bin areas for use with disposable barbeques.
When cold please dispose of your ash and waste in the metal bins provided.

Reception is open between 9am and 5pm each day apart from Sunday when we aim to close at 4.30pm. We are
usually open until 7.30pm on Friday in Summer months.

For emergencies please use the bell on the reception door to alert the on-call Warden.

The entrance barrier operates using your card between the hours of 6.30am and 11pm.

Should you wish to depart prior to reception opening times (9am to 5pm) please arrange this the day BEFORE
your departure with reception staff.

You should aim to vacate your pitch by 12 noon. If your pitch is not already booked out you may arrange
a late stay until 5pm or 4pm on a Sunday. There is a small charge for this. Please ask at reception.

We will only allow one car per pitch with the exception of motorhomes who may site their small tow car or
2nd car with them on the same pitch. Extra vehicles should be parked in our carpark.

We do not permiit vans or commercial vehicles of any kind to enter the park.

Please be considerate of other campers and keep noise to a minimum. We do request absolute quiet after 11pm
each evening.

We welcome your visitors between the hours of 9am and 9pm. There is a small charge for this. Please ask
them to park their vehicle in our car park and report to reception staff.

Dogs are always welcome on leads around the park. If your dog is friendly towards other dogs you may let
them off the lead in the dog walking area. As always, please ensure that you clean up after your pet and
place their waste in the dog bins provided. Please do not leave your dog unattended particularly in a tent
or car in hot weather. This can cause considerable distress to your dog and disturb other campers on our park.

We do not tolerate any persistent noise nuisance or unruly behaviour and will ask anyone behaving in an
unacceptable manner to leave without a refund.

A non-refundable deposit of £20 per pitch is required for pitches with Electric hook up.

All tent pitches are requested to pay in full at the time of booking. Should you subsequently cancel, a
refund will be made but a £20 cancellation fee per pitch will be charged.

All groups requiring 4 or more pitches must pay in full at the time of booking.

Tent pitches are minimum of 2 nights at weekends, unless we can fit you in. Please phone on the day.
